Manga Time Kirara (まんがタイムきらら ) is a 4-koma manga magazine and the first magazine to be published under Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara line of manga magazines. It released on the 9th of each month starting with the December 2003 Issue (released on November 9, 2003).

Manga Time Kirara was initially launched as a special edition to Houbunsha's Manga Time magazine in May 2002. It would remain as a special edition for 16 issues until becoming independent in November 2003 (December 2003 Issue).
The magazine would be the first ever manga magazine to specialise in "Moe 4-Koma" manga.
The magazine spawned 4 sister magazines, Manga Time Kirara Carat, Manga Time Kirara MAX, Manga Time Kirara Miracle and Manga Time Kirara Forward.
